Young Corporation of America

YCACLOCK is the time clock of Young Corporation of America, for our own staff: the phone app (iPhone and Android) for people who work at one of our offices or out on jobs, and the desktop app (Mac and Windows) for people who work remotely.

Questions and problems

Ask an administrator at the company, or email goo.choi@takeoffprime.com. Say which app (phone or desktop), what you did, and what happened.

Getting the apps

Both are on ycaclock.web.app: the desktop app’s downloads, and the phone app’s App Store and Google Play links.

Signing in

With your Google account, or on an iPhone with your Apple ID (Sign in with Apple): a new account waits until a company administrator approves it. Or with the email address and password an administrator gave you: that account is ready at once. Forgot your password? Type your email on the sign-in screen and tap Forgot password?: an email with a link to choose a new one arrives within a few minutes (look in spam too). Signed in, Change password in Settings sends the same link. The phone app also needs you to be added to your office.

Clocking in on the phone

Clock in and Clock out need the phone’s location, “all the time” included; the app explains why before the phone asks. Notifications are up to you, but without them the app cannot tell you when you leave the office while clocked in. Leaving the office while clocked in clocks you out (auto clock-out); you can turn that off in the app’s Settings.

Deleting your account

In the phone app: Settings → Delete my account. In the desktop app: Settings → Sign-in → Delete my account. What is deleted, and what payroll law keeps: the privacy policy.
